This was my first time replacing a 2-stroke engine, and when I opened the piston I found a deep rice-grain sized score mark on the piston head. I thought it was a defect and requested replacement, which was promptly provided (one suggestion would be to make it clear that your email support has been replaced by text, to save your customers time). When the new piston arrived it had an identical marking, which I discovered was to properly orient it in the cylinder. Had your company actually understood the products it sells, we could've saved us both time, and your company, money.
