Prompt service, very limited product knowledge October 11, 2023 Reviewer: Yuri from MI United States   This was my first time replacing a 2-stroke engine, and when I opened the piston I found a deep rice-grain sized score mark on the piston head.  I thought it was a defect and requested replacement, which was promptly provided (one suggestion would be to make it clear that your email support has been replaced by text, to save your customers time).  When the new piston arrived it had an identical marking, which I discovered was to properly orient it in the cylinder.  Had your company actually understood the products it sells, we could've saved us both time, and your company, money. Stihl 018*, MS180 cylinder kit 38mm with a 10mm pi October 3, 2020 Reviewer: mark kohler from Savannah, GA United States   All of the tapped hole were 10-32 and there were four replace screws provided (attaching the lower end of the case) but the other six were not provided. This required two trips to find 10-32 hardware to finish the job. It would be really helpful if different hardware is required it should be provided in the kit. Was this review helpful to you?
