Shipping and Response Issue |

I placed an order that was supposed to ship out via USPS Priority mail. After 10 days of the order being received by USPS, the order has not arrived. I contacted HL Supply to see if they could help. I have not received a reply from HL Supply and still don't have my order. The USPS tracking system was last updated 10 days ago. The actual shipping is up to USPS. Their tracking system shows they have the package. I am disappointed I haven't heard anything from HL Supply though.
