Very confusing |

Pryor to placing my order I sent an email asking if the part I needed was in stock. The reply email asked for a model # which was in the original email, I was told you did not have that in stock. While waiting park reply I went ahead and ordered one anyway. Then I get another email stating a possible fraud alert, when I called about that after much a do I was told my order would now be shipped. I then ask according to my last email you don’t have it in stock? We do and it will now be shipped. Sure seemed like one hand didn’t know what the other was doing. Check your emails for verification but a very confusing order from the consumer side. Ultimately received the correct part and I thank you for that but would second guess myself ordering again because of all the confusion.
