Average quality - poor packaging	September 23, 2019

inner filter deformed due to packaging of fuel line on outer edge, Lucas 2-cycle oil (50:1), bosch wsr6f spark plug (made in China), fuel filter (made in Italy - good quality) and fuel line (unknown origin, bent in s-shape - unsure if it will straighten out - needs to be straight & flexible to work properly at all angles) - falls short on quality. Also, I sent an email to Jim Folsom, Regional Sales Rep, HLS, noting dissatisfaction on my entire order - his reply: "problem?" - followed up with details, at which time he sent a unprofessional (sarcastic) reply. Cavalier attitude, or just no customer service skills.
