On my HDA-199 vintange 2005 it required some mods September 30, 2018 Reviewer: JJ from Sierra, CA United States   One of the vent holes was not present on two of the gaskets in this kit for my 357xp with HDA-199.  When rebuilding this carb it appears to be a good idea to drill a 1/8" hole in the steel cover over the diaphragm like you would see on a Zama.  This rebuild and the vent drill out fixed my hard starting and dying issues.
