Very poor treatment November 14, 2023 Reviewer: James M. from Ashford, CT United States   I called in to let customer service know that I received a defective and low quality product. I was expected to pay to return the item. It seemed like a big to do to get a prepaid shipping label. And when I tried to ask if there was a better quality product available I got a short answer no and got hung up on. There's too many places to shop to get treated like this. I tried to call back and give management my thoughts on this and couldn't even reach anybody. Was this review helpful to you?

Old Stihl keeps on cutting October 28, 2019 Reviewer: jdhorman from Ferris, TX United States   With these parts and service available , we are able to keep our chainsaw running strong for many years.
