The gears on the adjuster didn't mesh., due to very poor quality control from the manufacturer.  I was able to use the screw off the new one and reuse the gear from my old one.

It took a while to get it all figured out but I got the part looks like it would fit but it is so cheaply made I can't even make it adjust on the bench or in my hand the gears don't touch most of the time and when they do they lock up  
In my opinion it should be taken out of stock and maybe even refund the people that bought in good faith that you sold quality products

Adjuster in picture on line looked "exactly" like what I had. The one I received had two adjuster screws, one in front and one on the side. I had to grind the front screw head flat on two sides to insure it seated in the saw. I also had to shorten the adjuster approx 1/4 with grinder on the back end. It works fine,and the price was right.
