Best pop up for 290/390 December 20, 2024 Reviewer: Eric B from Sanborn, NY   The cross Pop-Up piston is by far the best out of all the manufacturers out there. Don't waste your money on LRB ones for the 029/039/290/310/390 series of Stihl Saws. I actually replaced a little red barn pop up that wore prematurely and since I've switched to this cross, no problem. Very High Quality, you won't regret it!! Was this review helpful to you?

Noticable difference January 3, 2024 Reviewer: Steven T. from Barksdale AFB, LA United States   Needed to do a piston swap to fix damage and get a frag top end, so went with the popup. Noticeable gain in compression, throttle response, and torque. Circlips were tuff to get in but otherwise, well designed and manufactured. Fast shipping! Was this review helpful to you?

Good fit, wrist pin clips are tough! November 30, 2021 Reviewer: JTR from Fallon, NV United States   Fit oem cylinder, piston wrist pins are tough to get in.  Be nice to offer clips in case someone looses one.  Saw started right up and has ran through one tank of fuel.
