This item was sent to me damaged. I called customer service provided pictures and the was not able to reach anyone further other than through email. I agreed to have another handle shipped but stated that I did not want to be responsible for shipping cost. I was charged for shipping and I have not had any correspondence since.

I received my full wrap bar and am missing the two bolts and the metal tie piece with four holes. I called and told them about it.  Said they would send me the parts. Still haven’t received!

Easy on line order at best price available and great communication from HLS on order confirmation, shipping and delivery. Product fit perfect and came with optional West Coast dogs and a skit plate with all necessary mounting hardware. Instructions were easy to use.
