Shipping issues cost me a saw November 5, 2024 Reviewer: Everett Arthur from Leon, WV United States   So I ordered a 550xp but was notified by customer service that my saw was shipped to a different customer and their saw was shipped to me. I never received the other saw and despite the UPS investigation and the driver saying he signed for the saw that was supposedly delivered I never saw it. Just an FYI if your order is mixed up they will keep your money and not send a saw and claim UPS delivered it.. Tracking shows NO signature on the saw that was not delivered to me. Likely given to someone else or stolen before I got it. Was this review helpful to you?

Husqvarna 550XP chainsaw April 5, 2024 Reviewer: Matt Huffman from Marietta, OH United States   The saw was delivered promptly and faster than expected. My only complaint is that this professional saw came with less than ideal maintenance took (“screntch”).  Professional tools should be supplied with higher quality maintenance tools. Great little saw January 3, 2024 Reviewer: Mike from Prineville, OR United States   THe Mk2 550 xp is a great saw for its size. Huge improvement over the 455 Rancher I have. Running a 20 inch bar, it made quick work of the 14-18" diameter trees I removed from the property. Highly recomend this saw for taking down and bucking up mid-sized trees!!!
